Who is Debi Haden
Since 2004 Debi has been a Development Coach and NLP Master Practitioner and, during this time, has supported hundreds of people through changes in both their personal and professional lives. She received her training from some of the most inspirational and influential people in the coaching and NLP world including Dr Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, and Michael Neal.
As well as her personal development work Debi also had over 30 years of managing teams of people and working in various companies, charities and on other organisational development projects.

I will help you discover that you don’t have to live with all the unhelpful thoughts and feelings that our minds tend to throw up in reaction to challenging and stressful experiences. Mindfulness practice won’t get rid of your life challenges but it will help you to change your relationship with them and respond to them in a calmer manner that benefits our mind, heart and body. Our life may still contain a lot of difficulties if we live with pain or illness, for example, but our quality of life can be profoundly transformed.
