Coronavirus Measures at Felbrigg Lodge Hotel. Here at Felbrigg Lodge Hotel seven of our nine rooms are situated on the ground floor in the gardens and have their own front door making it easy for guests to social distance. The remaining 2 rooms are on the first floor of the main building. These are accessed by the main stairway.

On Arrival:

 Where Possible Guests will be greeted at their car on arrival and taken to their Suites

Meals Breakfast and Dinner:

Breakfast can be taken in the restaurant (tables minimum 1 metre apart).

Dinner will be served in the Restaurant with a minimum of 1 metre distancing between tables.

Hand Sanitising station available when you enter.

Guests will be seated at their tables and Drinks brought to them.

                        There are toilet facilities in the restaurant but would recommend you use the facilities in your room.

Once you have arrived no one will enter your room ( your room will not be serviced  until you leave  when it will be deep cleaned to make us Covid Compliant)

Swimming Pool and Hot Tub

The Swimming Pool and hot tub are open

Guests will be asked to book a time slot with a member of the staff. Slots will be for 1 hour.

Guests staying in Willow suite from Tuesday 18th will have their own private hot tub and can use as and when they wish up to 9.30pm ( and must be mindful of noise for other guests.

Room servicing:

Due to the Virus, we will NOT be servicing your rooms on a daily basis during your stay.

Do not hesitate to ask if you need anything replenished in your room. These items will be brought to your door please put your rubbish outside your door or in the bins by reception.

Checkout:

Guests Bills will be available at Breakfast settlement will be

taken from your card lodged with us at the time of making your reservation unless you tell us otherwise

Booking.com and Expedia guests will be asked for a card at check in to cover their extras.
