About The Tutor –
Ann Meyer
Inspired by the North Norfolk coast and a love of both contemporary and traditional floral design, Ann works with clients throughout the country. Harnessing the beauty of flowers, creating stunning interiors and party/wedding venues.
Trained by both British and international masters of floral design, she imparts her experience and knowledge to students attending regular Norfolk and Suffolk based workshops.
Taking inspiration from the natural world creates a passion for life long learning. Ann’s floral master-classes will appeal to the professional and keen amateur alike. The classes are small, interactive events.

Arrive on Tuesday 7th February for our two day course Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th February including Dinner on Tuesday evening, Breakfast Lunch and Dinner on Wednesday and Thursday and Breakfast before departure on Friday morning – Beat the winter blues, come and tuck yourself away in a little slice of North Norfolk luxury, enjoy comfortable rest, good food and learn how to create some beautiful floral Designs .
Fifteen places available per course; you can book individually, couples, friends or even as a group. Ideal for a surprise break for that special someone an ideal Christmas present perhaps!
You’ll enjoy the comfort of one of Felbrigg’s unique and individual luxury lodges, set in seven acres of grounds next to the beautiful North Norfolk country estate of Felbrigg Hall.
The Floristry course, will be over 2 days lasting around six hours each and have a maximum of 15 students, teaching you the basics of wonderful floristry design.
The aim being that by the end of the course you’ll have your own unique piece of floral design to take home and enjoy, new skills and great memories.
The course has been designed to be suitable for absolute beginners, or intermediate florists. So even if you’ve never had tuition in floristry before this is a great place to start.
You’ll be working with Ann in a relaxing indoor environment, rather than open air, giving you the chance to learn with close guidance and instruction, as well as express your imagination.
This also means your day is unaffected by the weather, making it a perfect break for all seasons.
All materials are supplied and you’ll get to keep your arrangement as a memory of your stay and experience.
The day is designed to teach you some core fundamentals, perhaps improve on existing skills, and above all have fun trying something new with like minded people.
By working with a small group Ann is able to tailor the day’s tuition to the individual student’s abilities and experience. Whilst you may not expect to produce an acclaimed masterpiece, it will certainly be your masterpiece.

Your 3 Night Floristry Course Place – £125 per person
