Things You Need To Know!

In The Restaurant at Felbrigg Lodge proprietor and Head Chef Philip Lomax  with his son Tristan The Restaurant is open Wednesday-Sunday evenings with a different choice each day to highlight the wonderful diversity of the local seasonal produce whenever possible. Guest can choose from 3 starters, 4main courses one of which is always suitable for vegetarians and, 3 homemade desserts.

All dietary needs are catered for when guests are kind enough to inform us prior to arrival.

We don’t claim to have a Michelin star or Rosettes for our food but, our guests can enjoy good home cooked food  prepared with love and care.

Our Conservatory looks out onto lush woodland and lawns and an abundant selection of wildlife. Just the right ambiance to enjoy a refreshing Tea or Fresh Coffee and recharge yourself after your swim or massage.

Hotel in North Norfolk

We would like to remind you that our Restaurant is very popular with our guests and can get extremely busy we have a limited amount of tables.


Guests staying on a Bed and Breakfast basis but who would like Dinner have to reserve a table at least 24 hrs prior to arrival.


 In no circumstances can we offer Dinner to guests who have not been courteous enough to comply with this request.


If Bed and Breakfast guests wish to have Dinner on any other days of their stay a table has to be booked with reception or at breakfast by 9.30 am each day.


Please Note: Dinner is served at 7 pm every evening.

Guests are requested to make their Menu choices from that evenings dinner menu on arrival at the hotel or each morning at Breakfast if staying over.



Chef proprietor Philip Lomax sources food each day for that evening’s Dinner and by guests reserving their table in advance, this allows him to know how much food to prepare to avoid unnecessary waste.


Your help also lets us know how many staff we need to ensure guests are looked after and an enjoyable evening is had by all.


 We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter


Pre-dinner drinks are served from 6.30 pm and dinner is served at 7.00 pm.


Alternatively, We offer a selection of Picnic hampers for your enjoyment should you not wish to venture out again 24 hours notice is required.


Please Note :

We are always pleased to advise guests who prefer to eat later at other restaurants and pubs in the area and arrange taxis if required.


Children sharing a parent’s room are charged £35.00 Per night Bed and Breakfast. children’s dinners will be charged as an extra dependent on what the child eats.

We can arrange Earlier dinning for younger guests and their parents if required. 

If eating at 7 pm we kindly ask that youngsters that get beyond their sell by date are removed by parents as a courtesy to other guests.
